A hopeful singer, Nana Yaw, who goes by the name Wyllbeemusic, was sadly killed in a brutal attack in Abuakwa-Tanoso, in the Ashanti Region. This happened while he was staying with who he thought was his girlfriend.
It is said that Nana Yaw traveled from Accra to Kumasi to spend a few days with his girlfriend. Sadly, he did not know that she was already married to someone else and lived with her husband's family.
Wyllbee's family said that he did not tell anyone in the family about his trip.
One night, around 1 a.m., Nana Yaw got up to go to the bathroom outside. Some people in the house saw him and thought he was a thief because they did not know who he was.
Nana Yaw tried to explain that he was there to see his girlfriend. But the girl said she did not know him so that her marriage would not be in trouble.
This made the situation worse, and the people in the house called for help, saying they had caught a thief. Nana Yaw was badly hurt by some people who came to help.
His family was told about what happened, and they took him to a nearby hospital. Sadly, he died after being moved to a bigger hospital called Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for more help.
This sad story teaches us about the bad things that can happen when people take the law into their own hands. Let's hope that Nana Yaw's death will help stop things like this from happening again.
